I’m in a happy mood today, despite all the ‘troubles’ that I am having these days.
It’s been raining the whole day. I love it…Singapore should rain more often. Why can’t I have a gadget that gives me a rain quota, like the printing quota of 30 pieces of paper per week given by my soon-to-be ex-school? Damn.
Speaking of soon… the Fusion show is coming. It’s supposed to be an open exhibition of our works where industry guests can walk around and look at what we are capable of doing, and where namecards and dropped and exchanged. Supposed to be. I’d jump at the chance of a job offer though :O
A few days ago my family, being Buddhist and Hokkien, made the annual prayer offering to 天公(one of our Gods lol). Problem is, we can’t finish the food. It was rather unappetising having to eat at the dinner table with a roasted piglet staring at me. But it’s been chopped up, refried again and again now. And my stomach is protesting before I even start on the roasted duck and chicken, as well as half a dozen of 壽桃 (lotus paste buns).
Help!! I’ve had enough of oily fatty meat (referring to both the food and my thighs)!!
